After the Burn Co. (“After the Burn Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit aftertheburn.co, complete the Nervous System Quick Scan, book a session, or otherwise interact with us — how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information You Give Us
- Contact details — your name, email address, and anything else you enter when you complete a form, book a session, or email us.
- Quick Scan responses — the answers you give in the Nervous System Quick Scan, and the score and result calculated from them.
- Booking details — the date, time, and any context you share when scheduling a Clarity Session or other appointment.
- Payment information — when you pay for a session, your card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers on our servers.
2. The Nervous System Quick Scan
The Quick Scan asks about how you are feeling and functioning, so the answers you give are personal and can be sensitive. We want to be specific about how they are handled.
- Your responses are submitted through our form platform and stored with your submission so a result can be generated.
- Your results page is reachable through a unique link containing a private token. Anyone who has that link can view your results, so please treat it as personal and avoid sharing or forwarding it.
- We may email you your results and follow-up information related to the scan.
- The Quick Scan is a self-reflection tool. It is not a medical or psychological assessment, it does not diagnose any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. We are not a healthcare provider, and the scan is not covered by HIPAA.
You can ask us to delete your scan responses and results at any time using the contact details below.
3. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, time on site, referring URL, and similar analytics.
- Device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored on your device that remember preferences and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our advertising. The Meta Pixel may be used to show you our ads on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram after you visit this site. You can limit this through your Meta ad preferences, your browser settings, or an ad-blocking tool.
This site is also protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and deliver your Quick Scan results.
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule, deliver, and follow up on sessions.
- To process payments and keep business records.
- To send you information, resources, and offers where you have asked to receive them.
- To measure and improve the site, our content, and our advertising.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.
5. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work, and only as far as each one needs:
- Gravity Forms — collects and stores form and Quick Scan submissions on our site.
- Stripe — processes payments.
- Brevo — email marketing and contact management.
- Mailgun — delivers transactional email such as your scan results.
- Google — reCAPTCHA (spam protection), Analytics (usage measurement), and Calendar (scheduling).
- Meta — advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel.

- Our hosting provider — stores the site and its database.
We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property — and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Email and Marketing
If you opt in, we may send you resources, updates, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting a session you have already booked. We will still send you transactional messages you have asked for, such as your scan results or a booking confirmation.
7. Data Retention
We keep form submissions, scan results, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services, and afterward as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to records we are required to keep.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
