after the burn co. wasn’t designed from strategy or a business plan.
It was born out of survival and the long, slow return to self that followed.
after the burn co. is a carefully curated collection of premium courses and resources to help you learn, heal, and build from wherever you are in your journey.

Safety comes first. You’re not “too sensitive," your system is trying to protect you.

Your reactions make sense. They’re not flaws. They’re adaptations.

I understand responsibility, pressure, and the invisible weight of being “the capable one.”

Truth that lands softly. No shame. No minimizing. No spiritual bypassing.
I looked calm and graceful. I sounded smart. I held it all together.
And behind the scenes, I was unraveling.
I was living inside a body that flinched at stillness.
A life that required me to override myself for far too long.
A culture that praised performance and perfection… and rewarded polish over truth.
I kept saying yes.
I kept overdelivering.
I kept spinning straw into gold.
Until one day, my nervous system stopped asking.
It shut down.
There was no meltdown.
There was just… silence. Fatigue so deep I could barely hold my head up.
Disconnection so loud I couldn’t feel my own life.
Words wouldn’t line up. Everything felt unbearable. Numb- while my pulse tried to outrun me.
And still, I showed up.
Until I couldn’t.
I knew, instinctively, that if I stayed one more day, something in me wouldn’t survive.
The life I built to survive stopped working.
And underneath it, I started to find myself.
Healing didn’t happen in a single breakthrough.
It happened in slow, steady steps: treatment, therapy, rest, grief, stillness, and learning.
I began to understand how trauma wires the nervous system- and how safety can gently rewire it.
What I discovered was this:
I didn’t need more motivation.
I needed permission to stop abandoning myself.
And when I stopped: my body finally exhaled.
Now I teach what I had to learn the hard way: how to stop performing your way through pain, and start rebuilding from the nervous system up.
It’s not a coaching program.
It’s not a productivity plan.
It’s not another thing you’ll guilt yourself for not finishing.
It’s a home for self-paced, nervous system–centered healing.
Made for high-functioning people who have had enough.
Built by someone who’s been there.
Years of carrying too much.
Pushing past my own limits.
Rebuilding my nervous system after collapse.
I know the exhaustion hidden under strength.
The panic disguised as productivity.
The loneliness of being the one everyone relies on.
The shame of not knowing why you can’t just keep going.
My healing wasn’t fast, but it is real.
And it changed everything.
